This listing includes 2 2×20 and 1 2×10 female headers to match the pin layout on these boards.  These can be soldered to a prototype board so that you can remove the microcontroller board easily.

This is essentially an Arduino Mega 2560 scaled down to 100x100mm (drasically smaller than the standard version).

Since the USB port was removed to save space, it includes a USB-TTL adapter for power and programming.
